sweet. i didn't realize she was more popular than any of those alternatives. evolution of dance was new to me until recently. found it by filtering "most viewed all time" on youtube.

All this fuss is being made over a talented woman because she doesn't fit the profile of what a woman is suppose to look like in our culture. The judges should be embarrassed that they assumed that Susan was some kind of joke because she isn't pretty by their definition. Imagine all the talent out there that is never recognized because the packaging doesn't fit the mold some marketers decided on. She does have talent and deserves recognition and applause for that. The rest of us should take a good look in the mirror ourselves and think about the way that we judge people.
There is a message of hope in the Susan Boyle story - and what better time for us all to be able to achieve our dreams and be released from anxiety. Perhaps a viral video has an element of people wanting to share good news and inspiration. Susan Boyle touches deep into the human spirit - what better thing to go viral!
I wept when I saw/heard her sing. It is much more than just the difference between her looks and age and ability. She is something special.

WE SHOULD NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER,SUSAN BOYLE DID NOT FIT THE PROFILE OF A SINGER LIKE MAYBE BEYONCE BUT SHE SURE COULD BELT OUT A SONG ON KEY AND WOW THE CROUD, I WISH HER THE BEST AND HOPE FAME AND FORTUNE COME TO THIS FAB SINGER....
She was brave enough to follow a dream and succeed even though so many people thought she couldnt. How can you not love a story like that? and in the versions of the You Tube where you see her chatting before the performance, she was cheeky and very positive. i think her spirit, courage and ultimate success brings hope to a lot of people's lives. and who cant use a bright spark of hope now?
I also wept when I heard her sing. It was truly inspirational. Should serve as encouragement to keep reaching for your dreams despite the naysayers.
I have listened to you sing that song 50 times or more. I have over 8 years of college and people for my life time have judged me as less than what I am. Still those same people depend on me and my ability with great knowledge to make them look good. It hurts very deep yet I like you will never let them steer me from my course for I like you Susan know who,what and what our abilities are and our limits. So with that I commend you Susan and ask you never let anyone change you to what they want to see or what they want you to look like. You and I know that you are the grandest just the way you are. All we ask is for you to keep on singing and keep that beautifull wonderful singing voice where we all can enjoy it to the fullest. YOU ARE THE GREATEST

So many are discouraged,saddened and wondering what will happen to them in the near future. Susan has given us all a ray of sunshine to enjoy,she has lifted our spirits and given us something beautiful and wonderful to talk about. I do not know how many times i have listened to her performance but i do know i cannot wait to be able to buy her first CD. I tend to click on the site and listen again in the morning just to cheer up the day, what an inspiration.

I've listen to Susan's almost daily on Twitter. It moves me now as it did when i first heard it. I agree with a lot of other people,I can't wait until her CD comes out. Talent comes in many ages .American Idol should change their age limit. They are short changing themselves and fans.

i first saw susan on t.v. and then went on you tube. absolutely brilliant she sends chills through me. I listen several times a day. have fowarded this to family and friends. brought tears to my daughter`s eyes. love to start a fan club!!!!!!the expressions of the panel and the audience were priceless. lidia from Boston.

I can't stop watching this video of Susan Boyle-I want the video to reach #1 views. It makes me happy to see a dream come true Even though it's a lot of hype and somewhat staged- Susan Has Talent- Best? good enough to inspire us and sell lots of music so she can go pro.
We don't need to listen to the best voice in the world to feel emotion. Most popular singers would loose on shows like Idol- but they are still popular. Susan has a fan base now and now can do what she has always wanted to do- sing pro. I hope she is able to make her dreams come true in life as well as music and love or what ever make her happy. Fame has its price- just keep your feet on the ground Susan- Don't give into the Hype- just do your best and stay humble.
Adam Lambert should get this much attention on Idol. It's all a bit set up- Adam in bottom 2 a joke-but now everyone will vote for adam more- smart. Simon we are not that stupid to think the producers of idol and BGT like to pull our heart strings. The story sell us just as much as the performances. Just don't go too far with the tricks or people will stop watching the shows.

Much has happened, appeared, and been written about Susan Boyle since April 11th, when she was introduced to the world on You Tube. We, I, was overcome by her lovely voice. I'm not a musician, but her clarity, the vocal quality,and her mannerisms were so warm and welcoming even to an audience and judges that were initially dismissing her. She had the ability to change their tune and perception of her. And that was the magic. Each day since, we see and read about the other facets of this woman. She is literally under a microscope...the whole world is watching... Like all of us, Susan Boyle has "issues" but that shouldn't negate the gift that she is willing to share with the world. May the Susan Boyle-lesson be that we, I, be open to the other Susan Boyle(s) in our lives and don't dismiss their gifts.
There are certainly a lot of singers in the world. But there are very few superstars. Susan Boyle is indeed in that small select group. I hope she breaks all the records, both in video views and record sales.
