Responsibilities

Visible Measures, the leader in Internet video measurement for advertisers and publishers, is looking for a Client Services Manager to join its Client Services team. The role will involve working with a diverse set of Brand and Agency clients to ensure delivery against campaign objectives.  Specific tasks will include providing an exceptional level of client service, managing client expectations, monitoring campaign performance, delivering reports and coordinating with technical/analytical teams.  The ideal candidate has initial experience overseeing the execution of online video campaigns and an interest in furthering those skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year college
  • 2-5 years professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of outstanding client service
  • Familiarity with online video advertising and associated measurement
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate inputs from multiple teams and stakeholders
