Eric S. Dobkin

Eric is an Advisory Director to Goldman Sachs and chairman emeritus of Global Equity Capital Markets, having served as its founder and head from 1985 to 1997. Eric continues to serve as a member of the Commitments Committee and Firmwide Capital Committee of Goldman Sachs. In 1998, Eric was awarded the first Lifetime Achievement Award by International Financial Review (IFR). In 2004 he received the Special Award for Equities in celebration of IFR's 30th anniversary.
Eric earned an AB from Marietta College in 1964 and an MBA from Harvard in 1967. He earned and honorary LLD from Marietta College in 1995, where he serves as an emeritus trustee.
Eric is a member of the Board of Managers of The School of American Research in Santa Fe and the Board of Governors of The Museum of Arts and Design in New York. Eric lives with his wife, Barbara, in Pound Ridge and Manhattan, New York.

Dharmesh is a software entrepreneur and the co-founder of HubSpot, a software company building a revolutionary software platform delivering a simple, integrated suite of applications for companies in the very small business (VSB) market. Prior to founding HubSpot, Dharmesh founded Pyramid Digital Solutions, an enterprise software company in the financial services sector which was acquired in August 2005 by SunGard Business Systems, an $11 billion technology company.
Dharmesh earned his M.S. from MIT as part of the MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership and has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB).
Philip A. Cooper

Phil is Managing General Partner of Lincoln Vale, LLC, an alternative investment management firm. Phil has 25 years of experience in private equity and public securities investing as an entrepreneur, principal investor, private equity fund investor, hedge fund investor, portfolio manager and secondary investor.
Phil conceived, founded (1996) and led the Goldman Sachs Private Equity Group (PEG), as CEO and CIO, to over $11 billion in assets and international prominence. While at Goldman Sachs, he served on the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Risk Committee, Operating Committee and Goldman Sachs Technology Committee. Phil retired as a Goldman Sachs Partner in 2004.
Phil has had extensive experience serving on numerous corporate and non-profit Boards and private equity Advisory Boards. He is a frequent industry speaker and serves as a Senior Lecturer at the IT Sloan School of Management. Phil received his B.S. from Syracuse University and an M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was an Alfred Sloan Fellow.
