After eight weeks at number one on the Top 10 Film Trailers Chart, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 releases in theaters. The film hits 17 million views this week, more than Twilight Saga: Eclipse’s 13 million views at the week of release, but still less than Twilight Saga: New Moon, which had 19 million views. The entireTwilight franchise has seen more than 2 billion views to date. New Moon raked in $142 million at the week of release, and Eclipse grossed $64 million.  Can Breaking Dawn surpass its predecessors and set a new Twilight record? 

The countdown has begun for Twihards: Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 releases November 18. With growing anticipation for the big day, fans have uploaded more than 5,000 videos about Breaking Dawn, watching them more than 300 million times to date, which includes UGC and red carpet appearances. The entire Twilight franchise has close to 2 billion views. The Twilight films have transformed its principle actors into Hollywood stars: Edward (Robert Pattinson), Bella (Kristen Stewart), and Jacob (Taylor Lautner).
